Max Singer is an associate in the firm's Litigation Group, where he represents clients in complex civil and commercial disputes in federal and state courts. His practice includes business torts, contract litigation, class actions, regulatory matters, and appellate work. Max is experienced in all phases of litigation, from early strategic assessment and dispositive motion practice to discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Max maintains an active pro bono practice focused on prisoners' rights and advising nonprofit organizations on incorporation and governance issues. He is committed to expanding access to justice and supporting mission driven community organizations.

Outside of his legal practice, Max volunteers as a youth basketball coach, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes and contributing to Baltimore's youth sports community.

Max earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2025 and holds a Master of Science from the Johns Hopkins School of Education.
