Johnny Siu is an investment funds lawyer in the Investment Management and Funds team.

He advises and assists fund managers, sponsors and investment advisers in the structuring and formation of a wide range of investments funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds and real estate funds.

He also assists fund managers and investment advisers with licensing matters, ongoing regulatory compliance obligations and marketing of collective investment schemes under the Hong Kong securities regulations.
