Maria Słomska advises on banking law, finance law, and civil law.

She supports clients in a variety of transactions, including acquisition financing, refinancing of existing debt, investment financing and project financing.

She works with both lenders and borrowers on all stages of domestic and cross-border loan transactions, with a focus on verifying or supporting the fulfillment of conditions precedent to loan disbursement and negotiating security documentation.

Maria also advises on bond issuances and participates in due diligence reviews.

  • Advising Inelo Group on term loan agreements and additional facilities provided by mBank and Bank Pekao.*
  • Advising CS Group Polska and Innova Capital on refinancing existing debt and obtaining a new term loan and revolving credit facility from mBank.*
  • Advising a fund managed by Aberdeen Standard Investments on obtaining financing for the construction of PV farms located in Poland.*
  • Advising Jyske Bank A/S and PKO Bank Polski S.A. on refinancing senior secured notes issued by Goodvalley Group through a EUR 150 million term and revolving credit facility.*
  • Advising MidEuropa Partners and Diagnostyka on a loan agreement provided to Diagnostyka by a consortium of banks.*
  • Advising Generali Real Estate fund and its portfolio companies on real estate investment financing for office buildings in Poland provided by Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale).
  • Advising Innova Capital fund on financing the acquisition of shares in R-Gol sp. z o.o. and R-Logistics sp. z o.o. by mBank and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki.
  • Advising NTFY sp. z o.o. on joining a term loan and revolving credit facility agreement granted by Bank Polska Kasa Opieki.*
