Maria specialises in banking, finance, and civil law. She advises on financial transactions, including acquisition financing, refinancing of existing debt, investment financing and project financing. She has worked with both lenders and borrowers on numerous domestic and cross-border loan transactions throughout the entire transaction process, particularly in verifying or supporting the fulfillment of conditions precedent to loan disbursement and negotiating security documentation. Her experience also includes advising on bond issuances and preparing due diligence reports.

  • Advising Private Equity Company and Polish Healthcare Company on a loan agreement provided to Polish Healthcare Company by a consortium of banks.*
  • Advising Real Estate Fund and its portfolio companies on real estate investment financing for office buildings in Poland provided by Commercial banking company.*
  • Advising Financial Brooker on financing the acquisition of shares in biggest sport's shop and Logistics Company by two major Polish Banks.*
