She has experience advising financiers, borrowers, aircraft and engine lessors, and airlines in relation to a broad range of cross-border transactions, including PDP, loan and lease financings, aircraft portfolio migrations, sale and leasebacks, split ownership arrangements, joint ventures, and export credit structures.

  • Advising Latin America's largest provider of air mobility and delivery services on several helicopter deliveries and financings with different lessors (including the Ex-Im Bank re-financing of 2x AW139s) across multiple jurisdictions (English, New York, Luxembourg, Portuguese and Brazilian laws).
  • Advising a major airline on commercial JOLCO financing of 1x new A321 NEO aircraft.
  • Advising a regional airline on multiple engine leases and financings.
  • Advising a major engine lessor on engine acquisitions, disposals and lease arrangements.*
  • Acting for an investment fund on the acquisition of a number of airframes under split ownership joint venture arrangements with engine financing companies.*
  • Acting for a low-cost airline on the U.S. ExIm-backed loan and bond financing of 2x B737 and 2x B787 aircraft.*
  • Advising an Australian commercial bank on its acquisition of a c. USD800m aircraft loan portfolio from a German bank.*
  • Advising financiers in relation to a number of corporate jet financings and disposals.*
