Fernando Solana is an associate in the Employment Law department at DLA Piper's Madrid office (Spain). He focuses his practice on providing strategic advice to medium and large companies on a wide range of employment, Social Security, and human resources matters, both nationally and internationally, and across various industry sectors.

He regularly advises on employment and Social Security issues in the context of corporate acquisitions and related processes, including drafting and management of various types of employment contracts, individual and collective dismissals, changes in working conditions, disciplinary actions, work permits, outsourcing arrangements, conciliation procedures, and legal representation in labor and Social Security litigation, as well as international employee mobility, among other matters.
