  • Advising a major business division of a multi-national corporate on the day-to-day management of its global property portfolio. This role includes acting directly on England and Wales-based transactions and coordinating and managing local counsel for overseas-based transactions.
  • Acting for a large international steel producer on the ongoing management, development and disposal of both operational and non-operational assets in Yorkshire, the Midlands and South Wales, including the refurbishment and grant of a new lease of a 12,000 square feet research and development facility at a multi-million pound business park development in Sheffield.
  • Acting for one of Europe's largest steel stockholders on the £33m disposal of its London site to a residential developer.
  • Part of a multi-jurisdictional team reporting to a global property fund on a Europe-wide portfolio of logistics assets.
  • Advising on the real estate elements of the recent merger which created the largest independent timber distribution company in the UK.
  • Advising a major national retailer on the property aspects of a new warehousing and distribution contract.
