Jarosław Spodar has more than 20 years of experience in advising on banking and finance law.

He supports both international and domestic banks and investors in real estate finance and asset finance transactions, as well as with project financing and ongoing corporate financing.

He drafts credit facility documentation, participates in the negotiation of finance documents (in particular, security documents) and preparation of legal opinions, supervises the fulfilment of conditions precedent for the drawdown of credit facilities, and coordinates registry court proceedings to ensure that various types of collateral are entered in the relevant domestic registers.
