Jarosław Spodar focuses on banking and finance law. He advises both banks and borrowers on real estate finance and asset finance transactions.

He also has significant experience in project financing and ongoing corporate financing. For example, he supports clients in drafting credit facility documentation, participates in the negotiation of finance documents (in particular security documents), supervises the fulfillment of conditions precedent for the draw-down of credit facilities, prepares legal opinions, and registers various types of collateral in domestic registers.
