Marianna Spyropoulou LL.M.

Marianna Spyropoulou practices in the area of asset management. She previously worked in different international law firms in Luxembourg, where she advised fund managers on the structuring, set up and marketing of (both regulated and unregulated) alternative investment fund vehicles across asset classes.

She also has a broad experience in EU and Luxembourg regulatory matters relevant to the asset management sector. More recently, she worked in the fund and investment structuring team and served as a member of the Investment Committee of a boutique third-party management firm in Luxembourg.
