Advising a leading digital commerce provider with respect to a USD14m financing granted by a bank to the client's group of companies.
Advising one of the top Romanian companies in the field of waste management and recycling on a full package of finance documentation with respect to an EUR66m term loan facility and an uncommitted working capital facility.
Advising an Austrian bank as lender in connection with a multi-purpose facility granted to 3 Romanian borrowers as landlords for 15 retail commercial parks throughout Romania.
Advising a reputable and highly experienced Romanian production services company in relation to the implementation of a film production project for which a state aid application was submitted.
Advising an international leasing company in connection with the legal capacity and authority of certain Romanian companies, as sub-lessees, to assume joint and several liability towards the client in the context of a wider leasing structure implemented in The Netherlands, as well as on the enforceability of the respective joint and several liability agreement.
Advising one of the world’s oldest stock exchanges in connection with an RON80m (ie approximate EUR17m) financing to its Romanian subsidiary for its general corporate requirements, including regulatory advice in connection with the operation of bank accounts and related reporting requirements.
Advising a developer, investor and professional consultant in the property sector in connection with a syndicated loan facility granted by Banca Comerciala Romana as mandated lead arranger, original lender, hedge counterparty, account bank, agent and security agent.
Acting as legal advisers to a German bank, as lender, in connection with the Romanian law aspects of the security set-up for an approximate EUR13m facilities granted by the bank to several foreign borrowers for the purpose of financing the second phase of development of a logistic park in Slovakia.
Advising the Austrian branch of an Italian bank on the restructuring (including rescheduling and readjustment of security packages) of the facilities granted by the bank to certain Romanian borrowers, part of groups of companies of reputable and well established players on the Central European real estate market.
Advising an Israeli bank on all legal aspects (including particular complex banking regulatory matters) in the context of the attempted exit from its Romanian subsidiary by way of sale of all its shares held in the Romanian bank to a sophisticated UK fund.
