Parker has built a practice centered on high-volume, portfolio-level leasing programs for national owners and developers as well as national corporate tenants.
His representative work spans big-box and outparcel leasing for national shopping center owners and mall developers; restaurant leasing for both landlords and tenants, including stand-alone restaurants and restaurants located within retail, sports and entertainment, and hotel developments; office leasing for corporate tenants and asset managers; and large-scale industrial and warehouse leasing programs exceeding 50 million square feet for logistics and distribution clients. Parker also advises on ground leases, cell tower and communications leasing, and the negotiation of estoppels, SNDAs and landlord/tenant disputes.
