  • Advising a leading helicopter manufacturer in cross-jurisdictional claims resulting from a major acident caused by a part defect, including substantive pre-litigation negotiations.
  • Advising an aerospace manufacturer against a product liability action in the English Commercial Court in relation to a fire on a 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
  • Advising a client by conducting a multi-jurisdictional review of minimum aviation insurance requirements and advising on the impact on standard market clauses.
  • Advising insurers of a major airline in two subrogation claims following ground-collisions between aircraft.
  • Advising a major airlines to retain key airport take-off and landing slots following airlines insolvencies, including interventions in both the English and Cypriot courts.
  • Advising the world’s largest e-commerce provider on various cargo and drone operations.
  • Advising an airline following a major fatal crash in Cuba of a Cuban leased / Mexican operated flight, including issuing protective proceedings in Mexico.
  • Advising airlines in respect of cross-border airline acquisitions, joint ventures, ownership and control related matters, and other commercial contracts.
  • Advising a major ground handling company in respect of disputes, indemnity issues and breach of representations, arising from an acquisition of a competitor ground handler.
  • Advising a leading helicopter manufacturer in respect of a Coroner’s Inquest in the UK, following an accident in the USA.
  • Advising airlines in relation to passenger claims for delay, cancellation, denied boarding, baggage and personal injury.
