Louise is an experienced employment lawyer advising businesses on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. She has significant experience in advising clients in the defence of employment tribunal litigation with a particular focus on discrimination and whistleblowing. Louise has had extensive involvement in advising and litigating in the retail, manufacturing, infrastructure and financial sectors.
Across these sectors, Louise provides day to day and strategic advice to both national and international clients on employment issues including disciplinary and grievance issues, restructuring, maternity and family leave, working time and redundancy, including supporting clients through individual and collective consultation requirements. She provides pragmatic and commercial solutions to contractual disputes, policy changes and executive exits.
