Brie Sullivan advises a range of clients on all aspects of US customs law and import compliance, including valuation, preferential and non-preferential country of origin determinations and marking requirements, classification, and trade enforcement actions. Brie counsel’s clients across industries including consumer goods, foods, retail, and industrials. She has extensive experience in developing comprehensive and compliant tariff mitigation programs, including first sale for export. Brie also has experience working with clients before US Customs and Border Protection in administrative proceedings, such as audits, protests, prior disclosures, internal advice requests, and ruling requests.
