Eleanor has experience of advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters including brand clearance exercises, trade mark and design prosecution, trade mark registry proceedings, brand protection, trade mark and copyright infringement, passing off, domain name and company name disputes, and assignments and licensing of intellectual property.
