Jon focuses his practice on the formation and operation of a variety of private investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, hybrid funds, distressed funds, credit funds, real estate funds, co-investment funds, and funds of funds. In addition to advising on fund formation and operational issues, he advises on management company "upper-tier" arrangements, seeding transactions, and regulatory issues relating to private funds and fund sponsors.
