Alex has a broad range of funds experience, having advised sponsors and institutional investors on the spectrum of funds work.

Alex has acted for sponsors on the establishment and operation of private funds in the private equity, secondaries and private credit sectors. Alex has spent time in-house in the legal team of an alternatives private credit manager, where he was responsible for overseeing capital formation and related workstreams.

Alex has acted for various institutional investors in connection with their fund investments. Alex also has experience of co-investments, carried interest arrangements and secondaries transactions.
