Jessica Tierney

Jessica is a solicitor in the construction and engineering team and advises clients on non-contentious construction matters.

Jessica is experienced in drafting, negotiating and finalising project documentation under a wide range of construction methods, both nationally and internationally, as well as advising on and carrying out due diligence in respect of large-scale transactions and development funding arrangements.

Jessica is particularly experienced in advising on development projects and regularly acts on matters involving financing agreements, forward purchase and agreements for lease, providing input on the drafting and negotiating of construction elements of such agreements and ensuring that the requirements of such agreements are properly reflected in the project construction documents.
