Mujtaba (Muj) focuses his practice in the area of corporate law supporting the execution of strategic business objectives and corporate transactions. Muj represents clients in domestic and international matters including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate matters.
Prior to law school, Muj worked in finance for nearly ten years, which provided a strong foundation for understanding and advancing business, operational and financial objectives of his clients. The combination of legal and business experience increases his effectiveness in identifying and meeting clients' needs.
Muj also has a strong interest in the area of Sports Law, having graduated from Syracuse University College of Law with an Entertainment and Sports Law Curricular Program Certificate, interning at a prestigious hockey agency representing NHL players, and externing at an agency in New York City representing prominent sports broadcasters.
