Elena Toșa

Elena Toșa practices in the area of tax, with a focus on corporate income tax and international taxation. She has been involved and coordinated various tax projects such as tax due diligence in both sell-side and buy side, as well as tax structuring, tax reviews and compliance projects.

She provides constant support to her clients, bringing value-added and tax-efficient solutions, including set-up of various procedures for streamlining various workflows, preparation of narrative to sustain the deductibility of intra-group services.

Her engagement in consultancy projects on a wide range of topics, for instance addressing the permanent establishment risk, analysis of consequences for setting up a cross-border working structure, which allowed her to gain significant knowledge and understanding on other taxes as well, such as VAT, income tax, transfer pricing, as well as anticipating the client`s needs beyond the profit tax area.
