Zsigmond Tóth

Zsigmond is mainly focused on energy and public procurement law matters in the Projects and Restructuring practice group, and also contributes to the firm's infrastructure practice. During his work, he cooperates with the lawyers in the group and has gained insight into several transactions and projects. During his career, Zsigmond has gained experience in energy law contracts and licensing procedures, procurements and EPC and design contracts. Zsigmond is also experienced in corporate law and capital investment matters.

In the course of his work, Zsigmond regularly works on complex contracts and agreements in both Hungarian and English, is involved in negotiations and communication with clients, colleagues and authorities and contributes to various other tasks.
