Jacob Trevick's practice focuses on investment funds and encompasses both domestic and cross-border matters, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, tax-efficient structuring and reorganizations, partnership and joint venture tax planning, post-merger integration, supply chain structuring, tax treaty issues, and direct foreign investment.
In addition to his advisory work, Jacob has published articles on cross-border tax topics in the International Tax Journal and regularly presents on technical tax developments.
