AssociateJevon Tsang is an Associate in the Corporate practice based in DLA Piper's Hong Kong office.
Jevon advises financial institutions, fintech companies, payment service providers, digital asset businesses, technology companies and investors on complex corporate transactions and regulatory matters across Asia Pacific. Her practice focuses on the financial services sector, where she combines corporate, regulatory and commercial expertise to help clients navigate evolving markets, innovative business models and increasingly complex regulatory environments.
Jevon regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and business expansion projects, particularly in regulated and technology-driven sectors. She also assists clients with regulatory licensing, approvals, market entry strategies, business model assessments and ongoing compliance matters, helping businesses launch, scale and operate across multiple jurisdictions.
With experience spanning both transactional and regulatory matters, Jevon is particularly well placed to advise on projects where regulatory considerations are integral to strategic business decisions. She routinely supports clients in assessing and implementing new products, services and commercial arrangements involving financial services, payments, digital assets and emerging technologies. Her ability to combine legal, regulatory and commercial considerations enables her to provide practical solutions throughout the full lifecycle of a business, from establishment and growth to strategic investments, acquisitions, regional expansion and corporate restructurings.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Jevon worked at another international law firm and completed an in-house secondment with a leading multinational technology group. Working closely with senior legal, commercial and operational stakeholders, she gained first-hand insight into the governance, regulatory and business challenges facing large multinational organisations. This experience enables her to deliver commercially focused advice that reflects not only legal requirements but also the practical realities of operating and scaling a business.
