Max Tuinstra

Max Tuinstra specialises in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance advice. Max regularly represents national and international clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and equity capital transactions and joint ventures.

Before joining the Corporate team, Max was a member of the Real Estate team where he advised on all aspects of property law, primarily on property transactions, commercial contracts, property development and tenancy law.
