About
Cameron is an employment solicitor advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law across a variety of sectors such as Consumer Goods, Food and Retail, and Infrastructure, Construction and Transport.  

On the non-contentious side, Cameron has experience with advising and assisting on a wide range of employment issues including day-to-day queries and drafting and negotiating contractual documents.  Cameron also regularly advises clients on a range of employment tribunal matters including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing.

Cameron’s practice also involves regularly advising on employee investigations, and settlement negotiations for departing employees.

  • Assisting a leading provider of product compliance and qualification testing services in updating their portfolio of employment contracts.
  • Advising an airport services provider on a multitude of tribunal matters including claims of whistleblowing detriment, and unlawful deductions from wages.
  • Advising a leading pub operator on day-to-day employment issues including investigations, disciplinaries, and absence management processes.

Cameron is also actively involved in a variety of DLA Piper’s pro bono initiatives.  He regularly provides immigration assistance through supporting vulnerable individuals with citizenship applications, as well as asylum seekers through helping to source them more suitable accommodation.

Cameron is also an active contributor to DLA Piper’s Media, Sport and Entertainment blog, providing regular comment on contemporary sports law issues.
