Niccolò Ubaldini advises Italian and international clients on all civil law aspects relating to the various phases of investment, development, valorization, and divestment of real estate portfolios, also advising on the negotiation, signing and execution of lease and rental agreements relating to commercial, logistics, hotel, retail and office buildings, as well as on construction projects and international tenders.
Before joining DLA Piper, in addition to his experience in the Real Estate field, Niccolò Ubaldini has been a member of the working group responsible for advising a public company in charge of the execution of a European infrastructural project on public, civil and corporate law matters, as well as of the working group responsible for advising a leading European railway operator in the context of its internationalization and development project in the Italian railway market.
