Akane's principal area of practice is labor and employment law. She focuses on high profile investigations and highly complicated employment matters, including major reductions in force, severance negotiations, harassment, Japanese labour regulations and general HR consultation. She also represents international clients in litigation before Japanese courts and labour tribunal.
