Brianne Upshaw

Brianne Upshaw maintains a general practice in employment and labour law.

Brianne has experience assisting clients with a broad range of workplace issues, including employment-related litigation, hiring and termination, employment standards, disability and accommodation, human rights, harassment and discrimination, investigations, and workplace discipline. Brianne has assisted senior counsel at all stages of the litigation and dispute resolution process.

While acquiring her J.D. at the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law, Brianne volunteered with Meals on Wheels of Fredericton Inc., Pro Bono Students Canada, and the University of New Brunswick Law Journal.

Brianne summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2025.
