Sven Valstar

Sven is a trademark attorney with experience advising clients on the management, protection and enforcement of trademark and design rights. He assists clients in building, maintaining and optimising their IP portfolios, both in the Netherlands and internationally. Sven advises on trademark and design protection strategies, clearance and availability work, and handles filings and administrative proceedings, including oppositions and cancellations, before the BOIP and the EUIPO. He has experience on both the consultancy side and in house.
