Louise Van Marcke specialises in advising Belgian and international financial institutions on a wide range of matters related to banking, financial services and investment funds.

Holding a PhD in law focused on chains of intermediaries, Louise possesses specific expertise in (International) Central Securities Depositories, global custody, general deposit and custody regulations, and the substantive legal frameworks governing intermediated securities (national securities laws). Her specialized knowledge supports clients in addressing complex issues in these areas.
