Kimia Veisi

Kimia Veisi is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group.

Kimia maintains a general litigation practice focusing on commercial and civil litigation issues. Kimia has worked alongside senior counsel to assist clients on a wide range of litigation matters, including disputes concerning fraud, contested transactions, oppression claims and breach of contract cases.

During law school, Kimia volunteered with the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic, where she provided free legal services to victims of domestic violence. Kimia also worked with the Pro Bono Students Canada to assist self-represented individuals by drafting their court documents and preparing them to navigate the Toronto Court system.
