Prior Experience

Before joining the firm, Aline worked as a capital market lawyer at another major São Paulo-based law firm, specialized in debt (securitization and investment funds). The work entailed, among other tasks, the drafting of documents for the purpose of formalizing debt transactions, such as several different types of contracts, agreements and negotiation instruments, as well as auxiliary documents necessary for transactions and carrying out legal due diligence in corporate and financial agreements aspects. Aline also has experience in antitrust law, dealing with mergers & acquisitions and administrative processes.
