Frederik practices in all aspects of corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate restructuring, both in an international and a national context. In addition to his corporate law expertise, Frederik is very active in the field of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance).
He graduated as a Master of Laws at the University of Leuven. During his studies he participated in a one-year exchange at the Queen Mary University of London. He completed multiple internships at international law firms.
