Lorenzo Vitali is Counsel in the Corporate Department and Co-Head of the Media, Sports and Entertainment Sector. He works in the Rome office. 

He has over fifteen years of experience in complex M&A, governance and litigation transactions, with a particular focus on the media, sports and entertainment sector. He regularly assists major clients in the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors and has a strong specialization in the management of extraordinary transactions, infrastructure projects, and international negotiations. 

Before joining DLA Piper, Lorenzo was Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of AS Roma and, previously, worked with leading international law firms.
