Jaime Viveros concentrates his practice in compliance, where he has advised a wide range of clients on the analysis and design of compliance plans, crime prevention models, strategies to avoid unlawful conduct, and compliance control mechanisms in accordance with the provisions of Law 20.393 and Law 21.595 concerning economic and environmental crimes.

Jaime's advice covers compliance practices concerning other regulations, such as antitrust law, consumer rights law, anti-money laundering (AML) law, and personal data protection in industries such as retail, energy, and technology, among other sectors.
