Shinong Wang is an Of Counsel in the Investment Management and Funds Practice.
Shinong represents clients in structuring and formation of private investment funds, co-investment arrangements and separate accounts. Shinong also represents institutional investors in their investments in private investment funds, separate accounts, co-investments and secondary transactions. In addition, Shinong represents clients in secondary transactions, including GP-led recapitalization/continuation of investment funds.
His notable clients include Blackstone Group, Baring Private Equity Asia, Carlyle Group, CDH Investments, China Life, Centurium Capital, GLP Capital Partners, Navis Capital Partners, Pantheon Ventures, Quadria Capital, Starwood Capital Group, and VIG Partners.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Shinong was a partner in another leading international law firm.
