Josh White

Josh practises in the areas of banking and finance, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. His practice focuses on advising lenders and borrowers in secured financing transactions, including domestic and cross-border credit facilities, on both a syndicated and bilateral basis.

Josh regularly acts for Canadian and international financial institutions, private lenders and corporate borrowers in connection with a broad range of financing transactions, including asset-based lending, acquisition financings, cash flow facilities and project financings. He also advises clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Josh has significant experience with complex transactions involving collateral, guarantees and security arrangements across multiple jurisdictions in Canada, the United States and internationally.
