He has experience drafting a variety of intellectual property and technology-related agreements, including services agreements, transition services agreements, development agreements, PIIAs, and online terms. Glen also advises and provides support for intellectual property issues related to mergers and acquisitions. Glen additionally advises clients on their insurance policy coverage and indemnification issues in the context of commercial transactions, and he supports the AI & Data Analytics practice group with their regulatory and litigation research.
