Megan advises on private M&A, private equity, corporate reorganisations and general corporate matters. Megan has acted for clients on matters spanning various sectors (including renewables and consumer goods), from purely domestic arrangements to global cross-border transactions.

Megan recently spent time in the DLA Piper Melbourne office as part of the firm’s secondment programme and is a member of the firm’s energy and natural resources sector group.

  • Sun European Partners on:
    • the disposal of Fresh-Pak to The Compleat Food Group;
    • the disposal of O&S Doors to Rubicon Partners; and
    • numerous bolt-on transactions for Adler & Allan (Environmental Risk Management).
  • Patron Capital on the acquisition of Livingston Designer Outlet from Blackstone.
  • Saur on its acquisition of waste water facilities in the UK from Veolia.
  • Elgin Energy on its receipt of a strategic investment and sale of a majority stake to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners under which CIP will invest GBP 250 million in Elgin to allow the company to deliver 15GW in the company’s existing international pipeline.
  • Elgin Energy on:
    • the sale of a 519 MW portfolio of solar PV projects and 70 MW of co-located energy storage capacity to ScottishPower Renewables (UK) Limited;
    • the sale of a 100 MW portfolio of solar PV projects to Pennon Group; and
    • the sale of a 190 MW portfolio of solar PV projects to Severn Trent Green Power.
  • Mer on the acquisition of Elmtronics, a supplier and installer of EV charging infrastructure.
  • SLR on:
    • the acquisition of Carnstone, a management consultancy providing sustainability and ESG advice; and
    • the acquisition of Wardell Armstrong, an environmental, engineering and mining consultancy.
