Nicholas is planning lawyer with experience advising on residential and commercial development, infrastructure and environmental planning matters.
Nicholas has particular experience in advising commercial developers, national and regional housebuilders, and social housing providers on planning obligations and Biodiversity Net Gain issues in order to secure planning permission for development. He also has experience advising statutory undertakers on Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
His other experience also includes work on planning appeals, planning committee proceedings and due diligence for property and corporate transactions
