Sabrina Wimmer advises national and international companies and investors on real estate law, in particular on real estate transactions and commercial lease law.

Sabrina’s work includes advising on real estate transactions in various asset classes with a particular focus on the development, sale and purchase as well as operation of data centers. This includes, among other things, various due diligence reviews covering not only real estate law and tenancy but also public building law, as well as the drafting of purchase and lease agreements. In addition, she regularly advises national and international clients on asset management matters.

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising an institutional investor on its joint venture investment in a leading multinational data center operator in connection with the development of a data center campus, including the procurement of power capacity and drafting of a colocation customer agreement.
  • Advising national and international investors on the acquisition of properties to develop data center near Frankfurt and Düsseldorf.
  • Advising an established hyperscaler on a BTS lease.
  • Advising an automobile manufacturer on property restructuring and the sale of partial sites.
  • Advising on various property transactions (project development, hotel, office, retail, residential and data center) as part of a share or asset deal.
