Dominika Wlodarska is an Associate in the Middle East Projects team, focusing on the development of large-scale infrastructure and energy projects.

Dominika has experience advising project consortia on drafting and negotiating a wide range of project documentation, including project agreements, service agreements, deeds of variation, and ancillary documents.

Dominika has previously advised employers on waste management projects and negotiated various forms of contracts, including EPCM, EPC, and O&M agreements. Her work also covers construction matters, including drafting and negotiating collateral warranties, professional appointments and building contracts.
