Natasha advises both public and private sector clients on commercial, technology and sourcing matters at a national and international level. She is experienced in drafting and negotiating on a variety of complex commercial and IT matters, including large-scale outsourcing agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and software implementation, licensing and support agreements. Natasha has a particular focus in the technology & telecommunications and retail sectors.

EXPERIENCE

  • Acted on the procurement of a large digital transformation project for a new public sector client. The project will transform the organisation’s IT strategy going forwards, bringing about the transition of its IT estate into a fully integrated technology and software solution. Natasha is continuing to support this client on an ongoing basis on the development of this important project.
  • Advised a national utilities provider on the development of a set of template framework agreements for outsourcing software asset management (SAM) services and IT infrastructure goods and services, giving the client a flexible approach to ordering services through a choice of mechanisms and procedures, and providing that framework suppliers would work together collaboratively within and across the frameworks, as well as with other relevant suppliers.
  • Lead advisor to a central government department in respect of a new scheme designed to support traders of animal, plant and other organic produce in moving their goods between mainland GB and NI following the end of the UK-EU Transition Agreement.
  • Advised on the proposed procurement of a new public sector framework arrangement for digital resource augmentation across a number of lots, including leading on the drafting of the framework agreement and call-off documentation across each of the lots.
  • Advised a multinational consumer goods company in respect of its global payroll outsourcing across three separate payroll providers, including contract drafting and supporting the client in negotiations with the providers.
  • Advised a government department on the re-procurement of critical inbound and outbound call centre services; including drafting on core requirements and the contractual framework documentation (with an estimated combined value of GBP 460 million).
