Weronika Woźnik specialises in real estate law, corporate law and energy law. She advises clients at various stages of investment and construction processes, including the acquisition of real estate and companies and the lease of office and warehouse premises. 

Weronika also assists in the preparation of transactional and corporate documentation, as well as due diligence reports.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising EDP Renewables Polska on the sale of renewable energy assets worth PLN1.15bn to Grupa ORLEN S.A. The portfolio includes a total capacity of 280 MWp of photovoltaic farms and 26 MW of wind farms.
  • Advising the Portuguese Mota-Engil Group on the sale of 100% of its shares in Mota-Engil Central Europe S.A. to Duna Ashfalt Zrt. - a leading Hungarian engineering and road construction company.
  • Advising Galileo Green Energy on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of PAGRA Fotowoltaika, a company specializing in rooftop photovoltaic installations and providing green energy to commercial and industrial customers in Poland.
  • Advising Santander Bank Polska and PKO Bank Polski S.A. on the negotiation of a PLN260m loan for Student Depot, which will be used to refinance its real estate portfolio and complete the expansion of its student housing infrastructure in Poznań.
  • Advising EuroEnergy on the signing of a partnership agreement for an investment programme concerning the development of two renewable energy projects in Poland.
  • Advising Panattoni on a build-to-suit production and warehouse project in Szamotuły.
