Aleksandra Wrońska-Szymkowiak

Aleksandra specialises in copyright law and industrial property law. Her particular focus is on product protection, industrial design, brand protection, advertising law, and combating unfair competition. She advises and represents clients in civil and criminal proceedings concerning, among other things, the violation of trademark law and copyright law and acts of unfair competition, as well as in registration and other proceedings (including litigious proceedings relating to trademarks) before the Polish Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Aleksandra also advises the owners of well-known global brands, including those operating in the toy and fashion industries, as well as international sports organisations, on combating counterfeit trade and online piracy.
