  • Advisory
    -A London listed land regeneration company regarding potential tortious claims arising out of a 107 acre redevelopment of previously mined land.
    -One of the UK’s largest property companies on a settlement of liabilities arising out of a government out-sourcing contract and successfully obtaining a settlement payment in excess of £50 million.
    -Commercial landlords on their ability to recover rent in light of new coronavirus legislation and regulations.
