PartnerParker's practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions in all aspects of secured and unsecured debt facilities.
Parker represents and advises banks and private credit funds in connection with single and multi lender transactions involving venture debt, asset-based and cash flow facilities, cross border financings, and acquisition and general working capital facilities, with particular focus in the technology and life sciences industries.

Pro Bono
Parker works on a variety of pro-bono matters, including most recently representing an asylum seeker in immigration court and serving as a mentor in the Mentor-Mentee Program of Reality Changers.

Prior to joining DLA, Parker worked at a leading New York-based leveraged finance focused law firm.
Civic and Charitable
Parker serves on the board of directors of Reality Changers, a San Diego based non-profit that provides tutoring and mentoring services to high school students, and primarily serves aspiring first-generation college students.
Parker also is committed to enhancing diversity in the legal profession. Parker serves as the vice-chair of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion committee for the San Diego offices, and has been actively involved in community organizations dedicated to advancing diversity.
