His practice focuses on venture capital and growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and secondary liquidity transactions.

Beyond transactions, Mina counsels emerging companies and startups on corporate governance and compliance matters across all sectors, including software and SaaS, fintech and payments, digital health and healthtech, life sciences, artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML), climate tech and clean energy, and cybersecurity and data infrastructure.
