Sean Zubick

Sean Zubick practices corporate commercial law, with an emphasis on commercial transactions, corporate organization, and private mergers and acquisitions.

Sean has experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and has assisted clients in a wide range of matters, including share purchase transactions, mergers and acquisitions, employment, regulatory, and corporate governance.

In law school, Sean volunteered with Student Legal Assistance and worked as a summer law-student for a large construction company.
