Vanessa focuses on litigation and arbitration. Her experience is focused on advising and sponsoring arbitration proceedings arising within the framework of a construction contract. She fundamentally participates in ongoing controversies between private and public entities that work in the transportation, sanitation, and building sectors, among others.
Likewise, she has experience in arbitrations related to controversies of a commercial nature.
