Łukasz Czynienik has over seven years of experience in advising Polish and international companies on the legal aspects of IT, advanced technologies, data protection, media and telecommunications.

Łukasz also supports clients in a wide variety of intellectual property issues, including copyrights, advertising law, civil law, trademarks, competition law, trade secrets, domain name disputes and e-commerce. Łukasz provides comprehensive services related to drafting, reviewing, analyzing and negotiating IP and IT contracts as well as advising clients on transactional matters, such as licensing and IP transfer agreements.

He has represented clients in IP-related disputes and proceedings before common courts, the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (GIODO) and the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.

Łukasz focuses on complex multi-jurisdictional projects in highly regulated industries such as financial and insurance, telecoms and media. He has participated in numerous M&A transactions and due diligence reviews, preparing legal analyses of IP rights, negotiating and drafting the IP elements of corporate transactional documents such as disclosure letters, warranties and indemnities, and advising on the structuring, ownership, licensing and management of IP rights to enable owners to exploit their commercial value.
